Bangalore In-Office

About Role

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create visual content for our clients’ marketing: social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, landing page visuals, presentations, and reports. You’ll work closely with our social media, performance marketing, content, and web teams.

Our clients sell software, financial products, and healthcare services, so making a dense idea feel simple and credible is the core of this role. We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who can come up with their own ideas instead of reproducing what’s already on Pinterest or Dribbble.

What You’ll Do

  • Design social media creatives for LinkedIn and Instagram, including static posts, carousels, and infographics.
  • Create ad creatives for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, including multiple variants for testing.
  • Adapt one idea across formats and sizes without losing clarity or hierarchy.
  • Design landing page sections, banners, and web visuals with the web development team.
  • Create presentations, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and audit report layouts.
  • Work within existing brand guidelines and help build or extend visual systems for newer clients.
  • Turn data and complex information into clear visuals such as charts, diagrams, and process flows.
  • Take briefs from strategists and marketers, ask the right questions, and push back when a brief won’t work.
  • Review your own work critically before it’s shared, and turn feedback into revisions quickly.
  • Keep design files organized and reusable, with clear naming, templates, and components.

What We Are Looking For?

Must have

  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and spacing.
  • Proficiency in Figma, plus Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
  • A portfolio that shows how you think, not just finished visuals.
  • The ability to simplify: you know what to remove, not just what to add.
  • Attention to detail in alignment, consistency, and legibility.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to have

  • Experience designing for social media or performance ads.
  • Basic motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Experience with data visualization or infographics.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and responsive layouts.
  • Interest in B2B brands, SaaS, Fintech, or Healthcare.
  • Experience using AI design tools thoughtfully, as a starting point rather than a replacement for ideas.

What We Value

  • Original thinking. You bring your own idea to a brief instead of borrowing someone else’s layout.
  • Clarity over decoration. A design that looks good but confuses people has failed.
  • Purpose-driven design. You understand that an ad, a carousel, and a report page each have different jobs.
  • Self-critique. You can spot what’s wrong with your own work before someone else does.
  • Openness to feedback. You don’t take edits personally, and you ask why when something doesn’t make sense.

What You’ll Get

  • Real client work across SaaS, Fintech, and Healthcare from week one.
  • Experience designing for performance, where you can see what your creative work actually achieves.
  • Exposure to how design connects with social media, paid ads, content, and web development.
  • Mentorship from a team with 14+ years of building and marketing products.
  • A clear path to grow into a Senior Designer, Brand Designer, or Creative Lead.
